Intimate White® arrives at your home with shipments with an unidentifiable anonymous package, neither by express courier nor by other people.
The Intimate White® lightening cream will be sent to you within 12 / 24h from the time of purchase, in an anonymous package that protects your privacy and your privacy, making sure that the recipient is not identifiable by either express courier or other people. Discretion is a fundamental element in our company philosophy. Outside the package will not include any reference to the recipient, neither the contents of the package nor the name of the site from which you purchased will be indicated. In other words, the package will be without logos, writings or other visual or textual elements that, in some way, can connect the package to our lightening cream.
Speed and discretion in delivery are our absolute rules to maintain an exclusive relationship with each customer.

Shipments with anonymous parcel: how is the parcel packaged?

The products purchased are placed in a rigid white box, closed with white or transparent tape on the openable sides. To make our shipments with an anonymous package even safer and more anonymous, if the quantity of the single packs purchased allows it, the package is placed inside an envelope of our trusted couriers (SDA or GLS), on which only the Waybill. The only sender to be mentioned is Zhairon Srl.

Shipments with anonymous parcel: how to behave when the goods are delivered

Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, otherwise the product will be considered delivered correctly.

Upon delivery of shipments with an anonymous package, it is necessary to check that:

  1. The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document (waybill or transport document);
  2. The packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered.

If the package is not perfectly intact, withdraw it with RESERVE: next to the signature on the courier's delivery note, clearly write the words:

"ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE for damaged package"

or, in other cases, always indicate the reason (for example: "... for open package", "... for laundry package", "... for wet package", etc.). In the event that the signature is requested in electronic format, then on the courier touch screen device, ask for the option to be selected "specific reserve".

Delivery via Express Courier FREE delivery on orders over € 45

The timing of shipments with an anonymous package must be calculated taking into account the availability of the goods in stock, the shipping method chosen and the location of delivery.

Buying on you will never be exposed to the risk of damage, theft or loss of goods transported by the express couriers used.

The service provides that the delivery takes place from 09.00 to 18.00, on working days and without notice. Delivery is made exclusively to the street level. In case of absence, a warning is left and the delivery is retried in the following days; in case of further absence, the goods will remain in storage at the local office where they can be picked up within three (3) working days.

When the goods are dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the data to monitor the shipment, directly on the courier's website.

If you have problems with availability because you are often absent or you are away from work for work, we suggest you to indicate the address of your workplace or the address of friends or relatives, or to ask the porter's lodge to pick up the package for you.
Please also consider collection at the nearest branch of our express couriers (STORAGE).

Delivery methods

The ordered goods will be delivered via the express couriers GLS or SDA. In exceptional cases the courier could be chosen trying to offer you the most suitable service based on the type of goods, the location and the specific services required.
The average delivery times indicated, to be calculated from the moment of evasion from the warehouses, vary depending on the location and availability of the products.
In the case of delays due to exceptional reasons, we will promptly notify you by e-mail or by telephone.

We advise you to indicate as the delivery address the place where it will be easier to find you.

If you think it's appropriate and if you think it's easier, please send the package by sending an anonymous parcel to your friends, relatives or workplace, indicating the name / company / company / office and, if necessary, the number or name written on the intercom, the number of the interior, the presence of a concierge service or other elements that can simplify the delivery activity carried out by the express courier.
